SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Absentee Ballot applications can now be requested on line through the SC Election Commission web site. Click here to request an absentee ballot application.  Important to know...once a voter requests an absentee ballot application, he/she is flagged an an absentee voter and will not be able to cast a ballot in person at their home precinct on election day.

The U.S. Department of Justice rejected South Carolina's new Voter photo Identification Law.  Voter identification requirements will remain unchanged until further notice.
